Ecco Adesso Vineyards is a family-owned farm winery in Fairfield, Virginia, between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains in the Shenandoah Valley. Their 350-acre estate features over 20 acres of vineyards producing distinctive Virginia wines, guest retreats, event venues, hiking trails, orchards, springs, and waterfalls. Purchased in 2020 with the first vineyard block planted in 2021, it emphasizes reconnecting with nature through wine, stays, and experiences.
