Odd Colony Brewing Co is a farmhouse-inspired brewery with a heavy focus on seasonality, producing beers like lagerbier, saison, and IPA suited to the hot Pensacola climate. They operate a main location and a second spot called The Burrow, a biergarten and taproom in the historic Sacred Heart building offering their beers, signature cocktails, and food.
