Hydrosaurus Brewing is a family-owned brewery run by husband and wife Scott and Nikki Corning, focusing on new and interesting beers while paying homage to classic styles. Named after the Hydrosaurus lizard, with Scott's 35 years of expertise in its husbandry and Nikki's brewing education from USF St. Pete. The taproom and biergarten on nearly two acres are under construction, set to open late 2024, incorporating music and hosting outdoor events.
