Sturgeon Spirits is Oshkosh's craft distillery honoring Lake Winnebago's sturgeon spearing tradition through small-batch, hand-crafted spirits distilled on-site. They offer over 180 craft spirits and 350+ unique handcrafted cocktails in their tasting room, along with an aviation-themed event space called the Ready Room for up to 45 guests. Committed to sustainability and community, they feature EV charging, reclaimed materials, local partnerships, and support for charities like Sturgeon for Tomorrow.
