Ledgerock Distillery is a family-run distillery on a Wisconsin farm between Fond du Lac and Eden, named after the local Niagara Escarpment ledge that filters their water. They distill year-round using grain grown on their farm, with family members handling growing, distilling, bottling, and labeling. Visitors can tour the process, enjoy samples and cocktails, and purchase bottles Thursday through Sunday.
