What They Make
Single Malt Whisky
Double pot-distilled using 100% premium malted barley from Skagit County. Rich, rounded with notes of oak, vanilla, stone-fruit and caramel.
Raspberry Brandy
Infused with half-pound of sweet, ripe raspberries picked nearby. Intensely fruity nose, vivid color, complex flavor with slight sweetness.
Organic Blueberry Brandy
Distilled from farm’s organic blueberries, aged in new American oak. Blueberries on the nose, smooth mellow finish.
Old Tom Gin
Pot-distilled with 10 botanicals, smoothly botanical with hint of sweetness. Floral nose like a flower shop, citrus, fruit, wood aromas.
Bourbon
Double pot-distilled using Washington grown high wheat mash. Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, warm finish.
Blueberry Pie Liqueur
Premium brandy with organic blueberries, brown sugar, vanilla bean, cinnamon. Captures blueberry pie flavor and aroma.
Apple Brandy
Washington apple brandy aged in American Oak. Bakery-like nose with spice, wood, vanilla, fruit flavors.
