SANDY RIVER DISTILLERY

Sandy River Distillery is a working distillery in the heart of Virginia producing whiskey, bourbon, and other spirits. They offer tastings in a restored 1840s log cabin tasting room and feature The Barrelhouse serving wood-fired pizzas with farm-to-table ingredients from their own cattle. Visitors can enjoy cocktails, bottle sales, and events in a pet-friendly setting.

The Barrelhouse is now open serving wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted cocktails, beer, and wine. Extended hours for Spring Break March 31 through April 11: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Open every day 9am-5pm for bottle sales.
