River Hill Distillery, founded in 2014 by Fred and Amy Foley on River Hill Farm near Luray, VA, is a small family-owned operation producing bourbon and corn whiskey using ingredients from the farm or local sources. They emphasize a farm-to-bottle process and sell products at their on-site distillery store and Virginia ABC stores. The distillery also raises and sells farm beef, though they no longer sell wine.
