Waterpocket Distillery is a Utah-based craft distillery founded by Julia and Alan Scott, drawing inspiration from the Waterpocket Fold landscape and their travels. They craft House Spirits with new twists on classics, Toadstool® bitter spirits for bold adventurers, and Long Lost® resurrected liqueurs from the golden age of botanicals. The distillery offers tours, tastings, a storefront, and limited edition spirits now available at liquor stores.
