Alamo Distilling Co. was founded in 2015 by Daniel Taylor and Noel Burns, two corporate refugees passionate about innovation while honoring Texan values and traditions. They produce a range of spirits including bourbon, vodka, chamoy-flavored spirit, coconut rum, and gin. The distillery offers co-packing services for private labeling and hosts tours, tastings, and events in their San Antonio facility.
