Mt. Defiance Cider & Distillery handcrafts ciders from Virginia apples and award-winning spirits using homegrown herbs in small batches since 2014. Located at The Barn in Middleburg, Virginia, they offer unpasteurized, unsweetened traditional dry ciders, spirits tastings, live music, a new food menu, and host events and weddings. All products are now available at one location with reservations encouraged.
