BIG RIVER DISTILLING COMPANY

Established in 2017 near the confluence of the Molonglo River and Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, Australia, Big River Distilling Co. creates artisan spirits of uncompromising quality using ingredients from Australia and afar. They offer a range of gins, shochu, liqueurs, and more, and have launched a new wine label with Syrah and Chardonnay. Following the distillery door closure in January 2026, they now operate via online store and selected bottleshops.
