Trail Distilling is the first distillery in Oregon City, the first city west of the Mississippi since Prohibition. They handcraft spirits using clear Cascadian glacial water and naturally-harvested grains from their family farm, following a grain-to-glass process. Certified as a Farm Distillery by the American Distilling Institute, they offer whiskey, vodka, rum, and gin.
