River Hill Distillery, founded in March 2014 by Fred and Amy Foley on River Hill Farm near Luray, VA, is a small family-owned operation producing bourbon and corn whiskey using ingredients from the farm or local sources. They emphasize a farm-to-bottle process and sell products at their on-site distillery store and Virginia ABC stores. The distillery also offers farm-raised beef for sale.
