Tom's Foolery Distillery is an Ohio craft distillery founded in 2008, located on a 115-acre farm where they grow their own corn and rye. They double pot distill bourbon, rye whiskey, and applejack in traditional copper pot stills without additives, using low-tech methods guided by taste and smell. Their unheated rickhouse enables unique cold-maturation influenced by Northeast Ohio's seasons, resulting in complex, full-flavored spirits.
