War Cannon Spirits is a boutique New York farm distillery in the Champlain Valley, producing exceptional small-batch, historically inspired spirits. They source bespoke grains from regional farms, use Northeastern oak barrels for a spicier flavor profile, employ traditional alembic batch distillation, and selectively blend for unique character. Their tasting room, Defiance Hall, is in a restored 1820 sawmill in Crown Point, with production on a 22-acre farm in Ticonderoga.
