Saint Lawrence Spirits is a family-owned and operated distillery in Clayton, NY, founded in 2015 by father and son distillers Jody and Bill Garrett. They produce award-winning small-batch craft spirits including Vodka, Gin, Absinthe, Moonshine, Whiskey, and Bourbon, using 100% Saint Lawrence River water and grains sourced primarily from New York State farms, especially Jefferson County. They are the first distillery to use St. Lawrence River water and feature a custom 500-gallon Vendome Copper Pot Still with a capacity of 75,000 proof gallons annually.
