Rock Stream Vineyards is an estate winery owned and operated by Dr. Mark Karasz, a West Point graduate and retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with a PhD in chemistry, inspired by his time in Italy to produce wine and Grappa. Located on the west side of Seneca Lake in New York's Finger Lakes region, it is Seneca Lake’s oldest licensed Grappa and Grape Brandy distillery since opening in July 2005, producing 18 wines, 7 liqueurs, 1 brandy, 2 Grappas, 2 ports, and featuring 5 beers on tap from Grist Iron Beer Company. They offer tastings daily and ship to 38 states.
