LOS POBLANOS

Los Poblanos is a historic boutique inn and organic lavender farm on 25 acres in the Rio Grande Valley near Albuquerque, NM, featuring field-to-fork dining, a spa, and artisan products including gin distilled from farm lavender. Designed in 1932 by architect John Gaw Meem, it emphasizes preservation, sustainability, and agritourism with farm shops, events, and weddings.
