What They Make
Blueberry Flavored Vodka
Tastes and smells of fresh blueberries. Crystal clear, smooth and creamy with vibrant blueberry flavors.
Gin
Grain neutral spirit re-distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cinnamon, lemon peel, cardamom, and fresh local blueberries. Gold Medal Winner.
Blueberry Brandy
German style eau de vie from local blueberries. Fruity and earthy nose with smooth burn. Silver Medal Winner.
Rye Whiskey
Peppery bite, toasted marshmallows, dried fruit, nutty flavors. Aged at least 3.5 years.
Blueberry Brandy Reserve 113
Fresh, clean, mildly fruity nose with complex flavors of blueberry, oak, leather, floral, vanilla.
Vodka
Corn vodka, full-bodied, soft, sweet crisp clean finish. Excellent mixer.
Coffee Flavored Whiskey
Candied sweet aromas of dark roasted coffee, brown sugar, dark chocolate. Silver Medal Winner.
Wheat Whiskey
Cereal notes, brown bread, malted, spiced fruit, floral, vanilla. Aged at least 3.5 years.
Barrel Honey Flavored Rum
Blackstrap molasses sweetened with local honey, aged in new char #3 American oak barrels.
Rum
Molasses rum with notes of raisins, cracked caramel, raw sugar cane.
Aged Gin
Premium handcrafted gin aged in new American oak barrels with Hammonton blueberries and botanicals.
Blueberry Liqueur
Hand batched from fruit juice, fresh clean mildly fruity with slight sweetness. 60 proof, 375ml. Silver Medal Winner.
Cranberry Liqueur
Bright fresh cranberry aroma, tart fruit flavor, slight citrusy finish. 60 proof, 375ml.
Raspberry Liqueur
Sweetened raspberries, black currants, rich vanilla, caramelized sugar. 70 proof, 375ml.
