The Hackney is a fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar, and distillery opened in 2019 in a restored 1922 bank building in historic downtown Washington, NC. It features a distillery producing 1000 Piers Gin, led by owner and distiller Nick Sanders, paired with Executive Chef Jamie Davis's seasonal, local seafood-led Southern eclectic menu.
