SEVENTY EIGHT C, INC.

Seventy Eight °C Spirits, Inc. is a micro distillery headquartered in Raleigh, NC, notable for being the first legal distillery in Wake County. Founded by chemical industry veterans Donald McIntyre and Jared Sargent, it combines scientific knowledge with passion for craft spirits, named after the boiling point of pure ethanol at 78°C. They produce delicious spirits using high-quality ingredients, starting with limoncello, followed by jalapeño limoncello, and blood orangecello in development.

Blood Orangecello is currently in development as a seasonal item; look for it in early 2016.
