Ægir's Den Meadery is a craft mead producer in Palermo, ME, run by Carrie and Mark, using local honey and ingredients from local farms and their own farm. They craft a variety of meads including the carbonated Session Series (6% ABV in pint cans), short meads like Loki's Wit and Ebony Nectar, and bottle-strength options such as Traditional, Cyser, and Acerglyn. Visitors are invited to their Mead Hall at 110 Banton Rd. for pints.
