Swamp Fox Distilling is a craft rum distillery in historic downtown Pendleton, SC, producing Pure Corruption® rums using a custom handmade Alembic copper pot still with Louisiana raw sugar, blackstrap molasses, and proprietary Caribbean rum yeast for bold, flavorful Caribbean-style rums. They offer a wide range of innovative flavored rums like smoked, toasted coconut, coffee, and spiced, alongside premium aged sipping rums such as Dead Center XO. The distillery emphasizes handcrafted quality and hosts visitors for tastings and trivia nights with their mascot dog Berkeley.
