The Heart Distillery is a local distillery and tasting room in Windsor, Colorado, established in August 2018 under the same roof as High Hops Brewery and The Windsor Gardener. They produce award-winning gin, whiskey, vodka, rum, absinthe, canned cocktails, and Colorado Spiked Seltzer inspired by the Colorado lifestyle. It adds sophistication and fun flavors to a brewery-heavy region.
