Syntax Spirits is a grain-to-glass distillery in historic downtown Greeley, Colorado, producing award-winning small-batch spirits like bourbon, vodka, gin, rum, and whisky using local raw ingredients and pure Colorado whitewater. All products are handmade from scratch without neutral grain spirits, emphasizing sustainable practices such as minimizing water use and recycling. They feature an all-female production staff with STEM backgrounds and unique molecule illustrations on bottles representing key flavor compounds.

What They Make
Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Grain-to-glass Colorado craft bourbon from local corn, wheat, barley, aged at least two years in 53 gallon barrels.
Crystal Vodka
Made from 100% local wheat, grain-to-glass, carbon filtered for smooth character.
Rose Gin
Floral gin with juniper, red rose petals, citrus, lavender, and spices, new release.
Heavy Rum
From American dark cane molasses, aged in whiskey barrel with added molasses, new release.
Wellhead Whisky
Handcrafted from local grain, aged in full-size oak barrels, side project honoring local energy industry.
Powder White Rum
Unaged version of Heavy Rum from dark cane molasses.
