Southern Star Brewing Co., founded in 2008 in Conroe, Texas, was the first brewery in the state to can craft beer. They moved to a custom-built facility on 13 acres in 2016, featuring a taproom overlooking the brewhouse and an outdoor biergarten with a live music stage. They produce a lineup of flagship beers like Bombshell Blonde and innovative releases such as Estrella Del Sur Mexican Style Lager.
