Blinking Owl Distillery is Orange County's first craft distillery, established in 2015. They focus on producing high-quality, small-batch spirits including vodka, gin, whiskey, and aquavit, using organic ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. The distillery offers a welcoming tasting room and cocktail bar experience in Santa Ana.
