They specialize in high-proof, slightly sweet elixirs like Etrog (citrus with honey, herbs, and lemon blossoms) and Besamim (aromatic spice with vanilla, clove, and cinnamon). Their spirits capture incredible aromas, perfect neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, and are part of the craft spirit movement.
