Corral Creek Cellars (C3) is a winery owned by Dana and Dave Smith, specializing in Tuscan-inspired red blends and Bordeaux-style wines sourced from Red Mountain AVA, along with sparkling rosé from Columbia Valley and still rosé from Lake Chelan AVA. Inspired by a 2019 trip to Walla Walla, their first wines were made that year, with the Chelan tasting room opening in 2021; Dana, a WSU Enology graduate, serves as winemaker. They emphasize big bold reds combining French and Italian varietals.
