El Mochuelo Viñedo, operated by Chouette Vineyards LLC, is a family-owned estate winery in Manson, WA, in the Lake Chelan AVA. They planted their vineyard in 2015, began selling grapes to local wineries in 2017, and produce handcrafted estate wines from handpicked grapes with minimal intervention. Specializing in sustainable farming, they grow Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon, with Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier planned for 2025.
