SMAK Wines is a Rosé-exclusive winery in Walla Walla, Washington, established in 2018 by Fiona S. Mak, the first Asian woman winery owner in the state and BIPOC-owned. They produce four seasonal still Rosés (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) from single vineyards and varietals, all dry with 0g residual sugar, low alcohol, low calories, and vegan-friendly to promote a year-round Rosé lifestyle. Currently graduated from incubators, searching for a permanent home, and offering private tastings by appointment and pop-ups.
