Tempus Cellars is a hand-crafted, boutique Walla Walla Valley winery founded in 2006 by winemaker Joe Forest. They use slow, timeless Old World techniques, aging red wines for 22 months in 100% French oak plus a year in bottle, to produce elegant wines with great varietal character, natural acidity, and lower alcohol. Sourced from premium vineyards like Sagemoor, Art den Hoed, Evergreen, and Seven Hills, emphasizing patience over trends.
