Tempus Cellars is a hand-crafted, boutique Walla Walla Valley winery founded in 2006 by winemaker Joe Forest. They use slow, timeless Old World techniques, aging red wines for 22 months in 100% French oak plus a year in bottle, to produce elegant wines with great varietal character, natural acidity, and lower alcohol.
