Wautoma Springs is a boutique winery in Prosser, Washington, where owner and winemaker Jessica Munnell crafts small-production, dry wines using grapes grown and managed by owner and viticulturalist Tom Merkle. Their story began in 2000 when the two met in a vineyard, leading to award-winning wines highlighted by world-class Malbec and Cabernet. The tasting room in Prosser's Vintners Village offers tastings paired with gourmet food for in-house picnics.
