Tierra de Lobos is a boutique winery operated by Adolfo and Gabino from Dallesport, Washington, with a tasting room originally in The Dalles, Oregon (closing April 12), and others in Hood River, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. They produce estate wines from 3 acres of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Barbera grapes grown without chemicals or fungicides, plus other local varietals, using minimal intervention to highlight true grape flavors. The vineyard was established in 2012 on the dry side of the Columbia River Gorge.
