Amelia Wynn Winery, founded in 2008 by Paul Bianchi on Bainbridge Island, WA, produces small lots (under 1200 cases/year) of Bordeaux, Rhone, Italian, and Spanish varietals from eastern Washington grapes, focusing on hedonistic wines. The winery previously operated a bistro as its tasting room, sold in 2023 to employees who continue to feature its wines paired with eclectic cuisine inspired by Iberian Peninsula dishes. It also hosts the Wendy Armstrong Art Gallery showcasing paintings of landscapes from eastern Washington, Maine, and Europe.
