Wautoma Springs is a boutique winery in Prosser, Washington, where owner Jessica Munnell crafts dry, delicious small-production wines using grapes grown and managed by owner Tom Merkle. Featuring world-class Malbec and Cabernet, the winery tells the story of two viticulturalists who met in 2000. Their Prosser tasting room in Vintner's Village offers gourmet food selections for in-house picnics paired with the wines.
