Alcantara Vineyards is a family-owned, sustainably-farmed winery in the heart of Arizona wine country within the Verde Valley AVA, producing 17 varietals from over 20,000 vines. Known for award-winning wines and one of the region's longest-standing wine clubs, it pioneered winemaking in the area and offers tastings, an on-site restaurant, weddings, events, and unique experiences like river kayaking and hay wagon rides. Set at the confluence of the Verde River and Oak Creek, it's surrounded by wildlife including bald eagles.
