High Country Cellars is East Alabama's premier fruit winery, crafting unique, handcrafted wines onsite from local vineyards and orchards. They specialize in sweet, semi-sweet, dry, and charred oak-aged varieties, offering bold fruit-forward flavors and smoky twists. Founded in 2014 from a 2008 hobby by Keith Roberts, it is now owned by Skipper Bailey.
