They produce wines from their 5-acre estate vineyard featuring varietals like Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Tannat, Viognier, Malvasia Blanca, and Chenin Blanc, supplemented by Texas High Plains fruit, resulting in 6 varietals across multiple vintages.
