What They Make
Viognier
Aged 11 months in stainless steel. Highly aromatic, medium-bodied with white flowers, apricot, peach, hint of tropical fruit.
Mourvèdre
Wonderful meaty, chocolaty, plummy flavors on velvety moderate tannins. Nice depth, concentration and length. Full-bodied. From vines planted in 1976.
Châteauneuf de Hye
Full-bodied red blend with notes of violets, blackberry jam, black pepper, milk chocolate, cured meats, smoke and tobacco. Plush, fine-grained tannins.
