Lichen Estate is a 203-acre farm in the heart of Anderson Valley, purchased in 2000 and planted with 7 acres of Pinot Noir in 2008. They produce estate sparkling wines including Blanc de Gris, Blanc de Noir, and Grand Cuvée, plus still wines such as Pinot Noir, White Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris, using minimalist techniques to emphasize elegance, purity, and balance. The estate offers daily tastings, accommodations in a Craftsman Cottage or Airstream, and honors the natural beauty of lichen-covered oaks and creeks.
