Philip Togni Vineyard is a family-owned winery at 2000 feet elevation on Spring Mountain in Napa Valley, farming a 10-acre estate vineyard organically since planting in 1981. They produce estate-bottled wines including the ageworthy Philip Togni Vineyard Cabernet (Margaux-type blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot), approachable Tanbark Hill Cabernet Sauvignon, and unique sweet red Ca’ Togni from Black Hamburgh grapes. Specializing in library releases held back for 10, 20, and 30 years.
