Samantha Sheehan founded POE Wines in 2009, inspired by wines from Burgundy and Champagne. The winery produces alluring, vineyard-specific, age-worthy wines that reveal California's beautiful terroir with minimal intervention, judicious use of sulfur, and no additives.
