About
THE GRADE Cellars produces wines of rare balance, eloquence, and complexity from fruit grown on their Winfield Vineyard, a 32-acre estate north of Calistoga in Napa Valley, since their first vintage in 2004. Inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's 'The Silverado Squatters,' they focus on Cabernet Sauvignon showcasing the site's unique terroir of alluvial sedimentary fans and mesoclimate. Winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown crafts three distinctive single-vineyard/block Cabernets named after passages from the book.
