Bovino Vineyards is a family-owned winery located in the rolling hills of Templeton, California, within the El Pomar District of the Paso Robles AVA. Founded by wine grape grower and dairy farmer Dan Souza, it produces three wine labels: Bovino, Joludi, and gen.er.os.i.ty from 45 acres of estate vineyards planted with 16 unique grape varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Arneis, Graciano, and Tempranillo. The modern tasting room and observation deck offer stunning views, emphasizing commitment to family, farming, and community.
