Château Caroline is a boutique winery founded by Thierry Thaure and Carol McCloskey-Thaure, partnering with Marga Ortigas-Wedekind and Cris Wedekind, producing limited-production artisanal blends inspired by French regions like Provence, Rhône, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. With an estate vineyard in Mount Hamilton, trusted Central Coast growers, and winemaking in Paso Robles, grapes are handpicked by owners, family, and friends. Their wines feature elegant labels with original watercolors by St. Tropez artist Michel Guy-Nochet, evoking the vibrancy of Provence.
