Level 3 Wines is the latest wine endeavor for Norm & Susan Benson, who created Dark Star Cellars on the Westside of Paso Robles twenty years ago. They produce very limited amounts of ultra-premium handcrafted red wines, with only 100 cases each of three blends: 'Driven' (Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc), 'Choice & Chance' (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petite Sirah), and 'Milestone' (Rhone blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre). The wines are available only through this site, the L3 Wine Club, and select restaurants.
