Karen and David moved from the Midwest to Napa Valley in 2004 to pursue winemaking, committing to never bottle wines they're not proud of. They are a very small producer of high-quality wines under Black Cordon Vineyards and Sixteen by Twenty Wines labels, now combined on one site, emphasizing vigilance, detail, and unique vineyard expressions. They offer exclusive limited production wines like barrel selects, vineyard designates, Reserve Cru, and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir to wine club members.
